Our neighbors’ had a horrible bed bugs infestation which had spread to most of the houses in the building over the last few weeks and we feared the same. At last it happened and better that just a couple of days before we had approached Queens Bed Bugs to book an appointment for bed bugs eradication at our place. The lady on phone advised me of the initial preparations to be done before their visit. The next morning I had made the necessary arrangements and when they arrived they were up and started immediately. The entire staff was very cooperative, technically skilled and quick in their job. They were done with the treatment in about an hour’s time and assured us that there will be no more trouble of bed bugs. Extremely polite and respectful people. They were efficient, helpful and caring. The entire staff has great attitudes, are very professional and all in sync with each other! The process was fast and I feel great. This team exceeded our expectations. Will surely look to contact them in future, god forbid - if in case bed bugs or any other pests show up again. ...read more

Hats off to the entire team of Queens Bed Bugs. They worked with such an enthusiasm during the entire treatment session which was amazing to watch. We had thought of moving our kids and pets to our neighbor’s house in case they would be affected by the sprays and chemicals used for treating the bed bugs. But it was so harmless and fun that our kids enjoyed a lot. Good music played and eco-friendly products were used to ensure there are no ill effects or allergies caused to anyone.
