McDonald's

I live in Lansing, NY and frequent the McDonald's on Triphammer Road. Whenever I go it always seems packed but that is not the case. The service at this McDonald's is the worst I have ever seen. There are always lines at both the drive thru and inside all the time and when I go there I can wait sometimes 15 minutes.
