We have lived here for 3 years in that time the quality of renters has gone down greatly as has the service of the maintence staff . Where do I start they say they have a pool yup they do its hardly open due to lack of a lifegaurds and this summer it was closed for most of the season due a pump that broke (it only took them a month to fix). The storage area is great as long as it doesnt flood which has happend 3 times and the entire basement is full of leaky pipes and mold. We recommend renters insurance because there have been 3 fires here in our 3 years. Oh yeah leave your car unlocked that way when it gets broken into you dont have to replace the window. Also the buildings look great with grafittii written on them its nice to have family come and see that and they way they thank their renewing renters is by raising their rent but give new renters a rate of 100.00 less than what you pay (probably why the quailty has gone down) I highly recommend you look elsewhere. ...read more
