Buyers Beware that If you purchase a "special order" dress that is the same size and color of the sample that you try on in the store, then you will be paying Full Price for a Sample dress. They tell you that the dress will be ordered but as soon as you walk out of that door they take that sample dress off the rack and send it on upstairs to the seamstress. Both the salesperson and Michael will swear to you this isn't true but at the end of the day my mom is now stuck with a sample dress! The reason that I realized this was occuring and valid was because my mother in law went in a week after my mom to buy a dress. My moms dress was no longer in the store. My mother in law ordered a "special order" dress just like my mom that was the same size and color as the sample. I purchased a custom made dress for thousands of dollars. Once the dress was sold to me it was all down hill. No one followed up on anything, They either lost the pattern they made or just totally are inept. The dress they produced was a cheap looking - not even close - to what I bargained for. Of course two weeks before my son's wedding they were willing to redo it. If they couldn't get it right with 6 months time how could they get it right in two weeks.
