Despite Nicks facade he's very dishonest, does work without consent, and charges higher prices than agreed-upon. I brought my truck to Nick, he told me he would call before any repairs were made and that I could purchase the parts. I didn't hear from him for days and he wouldn't return phone calls. I finally got hold of him and found out he did the work without asking me and lied using the odd and shady story that he lost my number not once, but twice during the two weeks he had it...so he went ahead and did the work??? Nevertheless, I paid the bill so I could get the truck back. Then on top of the other shadiness and lies, I found out he ordered the part from the MOST expensive place he could at $450, when I could've gotten the same exact one from even the DEALER locally for $220. Very shady, very rude and oddly defensive... Even when taken to small claims court he lied to the Judge under oath the whole time! DO NOT BUY the Guardian Extended Warrantee! They don’t tell you that it has changed over the past few years ( I suspect they know about the change). You CAN NOT cancel the contract anymore. Please read( I believe its) part 13. The only way you can cancel the contract is if the car is totaled! I was taken for $945. THEY WHERE ABSOLUTALY NO HELP. I purchased a car from them and sold it about 6 months later because it handled poorly in the snow. Shortly after buying it I noticed that the trunk lid was not original, the paint started to fall off, and the info plates on the inside of the door where missing.
