Used them installation of a new roof and a separate gutter repair after a storm. The roof leaks surrounding the chimney - they came back TWICE to slop tar around it and it still leaks. The new gutter they put in was improperly hung, therefore the rain leaks behind it all over my porch. Again, they came back to fix it and it still leaks in torrents. Avoid them at all costs.
