First of all I do have to stay that the pizza is amazing there, so don't get me wrong that is not what I'm complaining about. I'm complaining about the staff at night who was texting on the phone and completely ignoring myself as well as two other customers who were nicely asking about their food taking such a long time. I had promised my spouse a meatball sub and since I had placed my order I felt it would only take a few more minutes, every 10 min or so I was telling myself that it would be just a few more minutes, and I didn't feel like going 20 min away to another pizza place for the sub. I should have left after 30 min but I finally got the sub exactly 40 min later ( I know because there was a show on TV that I wanted to watch at the time) I can walk to the pizza place (even though I drove) so distance was NOT time consuming. by the way after last time I said something guy through meatballs in microwave and put them in bread (you can see kitchen from front counter)... ...read more
