Tri-County Stampcrete (same as Hufcutt) laid an epoxy finish over my patio in July 2008...guaranteed for a year per their proposal. Within 6 months begain cracking and my first time contacting them to fix. Now it's been over 2 years of calling, writing letters, scheduling no-show appts to look at to fix.
