The place was dirty and the front counter person had so much attitude I would seriously stay away in the future from the Niagara Falls Boulevard location. It is amazing how one sour counter person can put a damper on a really good day. Jenna was the person at the counter. She was so condescending, short and snotty! "Mystic Tan" is written all over the place and she yelled at me because I asked for Mystic when they only have Versa. I explained that my last Versa seemed to come off in 2 days and she rolled her eyes and said "That never happened to me!" ... THEN - NO TOWEL FOR BARRIER CREAM! She said she generally does not stock them in the room. I think she did it on purpose. Life has enough going on - who needs that!? ...read more

I'm quite pale and haven't had much luck with self or spray tanners. Well, I can truly say that this was an absolutely wonderful experience and my tan looked simply amazing! It looks natural and I couldn't have been happier! I have to say that all of the positive reviews below are right on the money. Oh, speaking of money, you won't go broke here. I use this facility regularly and have never had a problem.. of the approx. 20 times I've been there.. I had to wait maybe two of those 20 times... i've always dealt with very pleasant staff members..! I don't know who, if anyone, could have a problem at such a stress free atmosphere surrounded by pleasant staff.. but if they do..then they are better off going elsewhere as they "threatened". they would do.... as I"m sure they won't be happy there either...! some people are never happy!! ...read more
