Bad quality service, wrong information was given.The package we had was 8.6 pounds, but he rounded it too 10 pounds without notification and took extra money. Also information about additional fees was not given. Also he put the package on the scale and i couldn't see the actual weight of the box,so the weight was whatever he claimed too have saw. After careful observation of the recite, I had too go back and demand an explanation. The guy claimed he told me about the additional fees and said i was wrong.I took the package back and got a refund. Basically it was a little scam. waste of time.The key too a business is fulfilling the needs of the customers and that's not what this guy was doing. ...read more

They should really change the name from "OMG MMA" to "OMG BJJ" or something of the sorts. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because of the nice facility and Rome is a pretty cool guy. But, when I walked in and saw a heavy bag and striking gear, I thought they offered MMA not just grappling. I wound up taking the 30 day free trial and it was good, I did learn a good amount of BJJ techniques, I got to class first everyday and would do some striking before class started on my own and one "coach" who showed up one day for the first time when my trail was almost came up to me in the lockers and started acting weird asking questions about how I plan on paying and if i'm gonna sign up, in a very awkward way while I was changing. Nevertheless, I didn't sign up after the trial due to it not being MMA, and that it was a ridiculous $300 a month I believe for 2 classes a week of just grappling.. ridiculous! You can find way better places in NY for unlimited MMA at a cheaper price. ...read more

This place is GREAT! It’s very close to work and extremely helpful. Offer different ways to ship things and less expensive than many other places I have tried. The first time I discovered this place I ran in because I was in a rush.
