I'm not sorry to say, but this place needs better and new people as well as someone who has better organizational skills because they're always something new & they never properly inform us as clients. They way they handle a problem is jaw dropping, I seen a woman come in who miss placed a paper and instead of helping and handling a situation nicely they yelled at the poor woman and threw her out with her child , it was disgusting ! And to do that I front of a room full of people was very unprofessional. I honestly am never coming back here, i know people are not always nice, but I don't want to be in a place that's like that constantly when I'm waiting for my turn to be called. I've never seen such horrible service in my life ! They always handle things with an attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location, ever! I travel very far to be handled with disrespecting people, it's very disgusting & they're very disorganized. ...read more
