As a customer, We placed an order for $ 32,000 of chocolate products in October 2015 (this was not the first one), then in January 2016 we called them to cancel it and to be reimbursed. The Management refused, giving us several inconsistent explanations: first of all, they explained that everything had already been produced, and was ready to be shipped. Then they told us that the products were outdated because they were too old (3-4 months !!), which was obviously wrong. Finally when we asked the order to be shipped, they refused... Why? We asked to see our stock in NY but again they refused. Why? We apparently paid for products that had never been produced, but they cashed $ 32,000 for this. This is fully unfair, dishonest, and not professional. Be careful with such a supplier with your orders!!! ...read more
