Buying some real estate in a crowded area like the Bronx is a challenge. You really need the help of a specialist to help you avoid making bad deals like I’ve seen so many people do before. Right in our neighborhood there is a RE/MAX office called RE/MAX Results (http://www.BronxResults.com). I was fortunate to rely on their expert information about the housing market and avoid those crazy mistakes people make. I was looking for a 3 bedroom house to buy and their agent had plenty to choose from. When I walked inside the office they showed me some houses under $350K since these were the ones I was interested in.
