I would like to begin by saying that this people stole my money. I had put a jacket on lay away and left a $50 down on a $680 jacket which I found online very cheap., so I went back to NYC and told the manager who by the way has a very stank attitude, to exchange the jacket for a pair of gloves and a hat, she said that on the ticket she gave me the policy said no exchange or returns mind you she had told me in person that I could exchange the jacket and now I lost my $50 and its not much but it's A day and a half of work for me.
