This apartment complex was very trashy, The maintenance was very welfare, grass was high, weeds coming up from parking lot, there were bees nests all over the place. The Emmy management for the complex are slumlords. my niece and her boyfriend lived there and it was a nightmare. There was mold in the apartment that was getting them sick and the slumlords Emmy Homes wouldn't take care of it. So they just moved out to a high class complex down the road. I guess you get what you pay for. The rent was cheap, but you get cheap service with a cheap price. Remember Emmy Homes don't do business with them. ...read more
