Rude Dispatcher. I asked for a pickup at a certain time to go to JFK from Queens Village. It was 15 hours advance notice. He couldn't do the trip as he was too busy for the time requested. I understand that but then I asked how early could he do it and be able to handle the trip. He didn't really even want to answer and said he couldn't do it and pretty much just hung up. I am a very polite person and don't think I should be treated rudely. I'll think twice about using them again. My previous experiences had been fine. ...read more

DO NOT USE these guys. They are the biggest rip-off artists in New York and will take every opportunity to take advantage of you. My transmission was acting up and definitely needed repair. Not knowing much about transmissions I brought it to Aamco. HUGE MISTAKE! Mark read a long list of parts he said I needed, turns out they all come standard with any replacement transmission. His estimate was $4500 and said, "because I like you I checked all the automotive yards in the area and the only used transmission is $2500". This was a blatant lie. I checked various yards and found dozens of transmissions for my car, all under $700... one with a 12-month warranty. He also held my car for over 9 days! Go to George at Precision of Woodside. Transmission, clutch kit, and labor all came out to $1250! I got my car in 5 hrs! Done the same day! Was told Mark did nothing but take my transmission apart & put it back the same way! 9 days!
