this guy is a motivated individual!! they get the job done safely and work througout the day; completing the steps in the order explained during planning process..also have ability to make changes during a build offering choices and opinions with realistic cost estimates. they also have a working knowledge of warranties and do the leg work down the road {ex.} windows,doors,concrete..ect..and make the tough calls to get new product shipped and show up and make it right free of charge..{actually utilize warranty for reason it's there} They also follow-up when the job is completed and paid for;to make sure your happy and extend the option to call anytime with concerns. truly a company that lets thier workmanship and attitude define the name ALVORD CONST. ...read more

I can only say they turned my Mother's Country home into a Beautiful Country Home. I inherited a house that needed allot of TLC.
