I bought a used car (2004 Hyundai Accent) from Nicholas Motors recently, and had a very good experience. The salesman, "Doc" Johnson was very helpful and thoughtful. The price was fair (we arrived at a fair number below the asking price). On top of that, the car's windshield washer fluid (front and rear) did not work. After checking to find the fuse was fine, I called Doc, who relayed me to Tony, the owner. He had the problem fixed immediately-PAST the cars normal warrantee. If I could give them no stars I would!!! They kept my good faith depoist when I decided to not get the money! They let me take the car I wanted to my mechanic to make sure it the engine was in good shape. But when my mechanic came back with a LAUNDRY LIST of things wrong with the car I decided not to go through with the deal. I was told by my sales person that I would get my deposit back. But the owner got involved and would not refund my money back to me!!! It was an awful expericence! I will NEVER go back there and I would urge anyone who is thinking about buying from them to take the car to a mechanic they trust!
