I would give this real estate agent no stars if that was an option! I had to sell my home while living away in another state. This agent promised to take care of it. First of all he didn't bother to get me a good or even fair price for my home, he asked me to allow a prospective buyer to live in the house while they arranged financing and he allowed a second potential buyer to come and go from the property at their own will (according to the neighbors). He did NOT communicate with me what was going on and after closing, his broker ""forgot"" to give me $1000 of my money. It was a three month closing that was pure horror.
