I am a small businessman in upstate NY who has been the victim of fraud and total disregard by the largest Title Insurance Company in the USA. Rather than pay the claim for which I was insured, Chicago Title has chosen to make me sue them to honor their policy. It is disgusting that this company who pays less than 5% of claims presented to their company, has been able to function with little or no penalty. ...read more

Brought my auto insurance to Jane's office and have had nothing but problems since the second month. They refuse to remove me from auto-withdrawl, even after being asked several times. They have cost me close to $300 in overdraft fees from not taking payments on agreed upon date. They were confrontational and rude with my wife on the phone. Worst insurance office EVER! Go down the street to the office next to the book store. They are much nicer and cheaper. ...read more
