We rented a house for over 8 years, and had the displeasure of having them traipse into our lives every 6 months. When move-out day came thy dinked us for petty fees (lock changes, counter wiping, etc.) that drove me nuts; these were NOT in the original contact agreement. Couldn't cash the deposit check fast enough...If you rent anything from them, beware; The property manager is a real sour-puss, too. ...read more
