Stay away from this store. I have been an AT&T customer for 4 years. I went to this location to upgrade my phone and renew for another 2 years, as my current contract just ended. I was very excited to get a new phone, but my happy anticipation was quickly ruined by a horrendous experience. Training in customer service is seriously in order. This company is dishonest, and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My bill is PACKED with charges that were never quoted and said to not even exist, or charges that are much higher than quoted on the phone. My request that the recorded conversations be reviewed to get to the bottom of the lies about charges was completely ignored. Run, don't walk, away from this company that seeks only to filch it's customers and never provide the promised service. ...read more
