I went to Mac's Window Tint, by far one of the worse experiences I've ever had as a customer. The first issue with this gentleman is the lack of customer service skills, he cannot control a situation in which he did low quality work and take responsibility for the work. The window tint has air bubbles all over, and he will not fix it. His warranty means nothing. He blames his employees for the bad work, band he will not stand behind it. When I showed up, before I had seen the car, he knew the quality of his workmanship was less than desired. I figured, because he called the police within 45 seconds of me arriving at the shop. His excuse was, he did not want to release the car because the registration read someone else's name on it. As if he has any authority to decide who drives a car and how it can be registered. Now, 3 days later, the tint is bubbling up even more. Do yourselves a favor, go elsewhere. Don't risk a bad experience and losing money to this shop. ...read more

Beware... This place charged me $240.00 to tint my 2007 Toyota Corolla with a Lifetime Warranty. The owner originally told me about an hour, so I went for a walk and when I came back they hadn't even started work on my car. He told me that it was lunch time and that I would have to wait! So I told him that I changed my mind, and that I would like my money back, he refused to give me my money back. I decided that I would just call for a ride and deal with it since he was refusing to give me my money back. Again I asked how long and he told me "As long as it takes, we will call you when it is done". I regretfully left my car with him and 4 hours later still no call. So I decided to call and check up on it. He told me its not done and that they would call me when it was. finally at 5 o'clock I received his call. It was done.
