Buildings and windows not cleaned outside. Security doors on half of apartments. No security. Vehicles vandalized and stolen there. Residents don't feel safe. Laundry facilities only open 9-5 "IF" they unlock the door. Some tennants fresh out of jail staying with parents illegally. Tennants include mentally disabled.
