I wouldn't even give them one star but apparently you have to choose at least one. I have already paid for this order that I phoned in on my Visa and have heard every excuse under the sun for why it is not arriving. "The delivery guy has been gone about 50 minutes and I have no idea where he's at." "Our system, like, totally crashed so everything is in chaos." The manager said if I deny the charge on my debit card she will have me criminally charged, even though the food is probably not going to be edible when it gets here.
