Kiel Hale gave us a tour of the beautiful facility at Pacifica San Martin. We were very impressed with the amenities and campus in all. Kiel was warm, friendly, and very accomodating to my mother. She is in a wheelchair and many times, he kneeled to talk to her face to face. I appreciated that. I could tell residents already enjoyed Kiel's personality, knowing he has only been there a short time. I also appreciated Patty for setting up the tour. Theirs been a quick improvement with the food and i am happy to see when i visit that the team there is getting back to the quality in all areas like we were used to seeing. We miss the nurse, but she is making awesome things happen in her new role!! thank you to the care dept for always making sure mom and dad are well taken care of. Greg is always available and his team of assistants are as great as greg with any maint concern. We have never seen so many participate in your monthly meetings and we as family accompanied dad to one and its amazing. bless all of you for what u do!! ...read more

Had a nice visit today with my mom as we are considering a senior community for her. This one checks all the boxes and is located right next to the San Martin hospital which is very convenient for her. She loved the 1 bedroom with the view of the mountains. ...read more

My grandmother used to live here and it was a wonderful place for her. She was happy the entire time she lived there and became very close with several of the staff members and considered them to be part of her family. She passed away and now I'm referring my husbands grandparents there. We went in for a tour and several of the same staff still works there.
