I have never seen a worse company how they ever got a license to represent Direct-TV I do not know.. They have the exclusive contract with the apt complex I moved in to. If i had know I never would have moved to this complex. They have roughly 4 people in the whole company, the installer I got showed up on a "scooter" yes a scooter, with a shirt that looked like he had not washed it in a month and smelled the same way, with no front teeth. He took 2.5 hours to get my satellite box working. Since then I have had signal loss over 5 times in 45 days. I I got a tech supervisor to come out and take a look - he showed me the wiring and switchs they have installed - they are made for home use NOT an apt complex. They have to many apt connected to this residential switch - even there own installer told me there cr*p and need fans to cool them down so they will work. DONT use them - if your apt complex offers Direct-TV - make sure who the provider is - first ! ...read more
