They only use chat, and tell you what you want to here. We'll send it Friday, it's sent and we'll provide the tracking number later today. Owner will include an extra mold since the order took so long. Lies and more lies... Sad really. The molds are ok, although I order from rubbermoldcompany.com and their molds were FAR superior in all aspects, and they make, ship what you order, correct, the first time within a week of order. There is no pride in the workmanship, consumer relation, and no regard for the basic moral decency to respect an individuals hard earned dollar. Shawn continually degraded me as a client because of his belief that because he gave me 'free' molds that were unsaleable,. somehow constituted as a makeup for his wrongdoings. I ordered veneer, got the wrong order twice, they corrected it on the third time but sent only half the order. I've waited over a year for this to be resolved and am in the process of filing a county court hearing to get reimbursement. ...read more

We had their design specialist come out to our home to discuss our ideas of what we wanted and to use his expertise. He had some great ideas, and was even willing to discuss some problems with us that we needed taken care of before we could start planting.
