DON'T LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! My husband and I used Atlas Flooring to install laminate flooring on all the carpeted areas of our house (over $10,000 job). We researched the company and figured well, they seem to be good from the majority of the reviews we read, and went with them. HUGE MISTAKE!!! 1st day of installation went great, guys seemed polite enough, worked quickly and seemed to do a good job. 2nd day, we left them alone for about an hour, and my husband comes home to see them installing the cheaper padding (not the one we paid for)! Then they didn't have enough to finish the job and wanted us to pay ANOTHER $500 for their mistake! Also, I kept asking them to shut the door, and they still managed to let one of my dogs out... took me an hour to track her down! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ...read more
