We had a problem with our alignment and needed quick help. Were 350 miles from home and still had 2000 plus to go. One of the couples in our campground recommended that we call Pro Tech Auto in Gardnerville, NV. Andrea, the service manager got us right in and while they were working on our truck, they also allowed us to use their phone and internet to make reservations in Seattle for the funeral that we were heading to. They also checked the tires thoroughly for us and threw in a free tire rotation, just to make sure we got through our trip safely and without incident. The tire tech there also made sure that we knew which tires to choose from when we were ready to purchase new ones. By the time they were finished repairing our truck the total bill was less than any quotes we had gotten in the past, but the quality of service was unmatched by any we had ever had in the past.
