My three and a half year old son and I visit Toyopolis frequently. We have always had a pleasant experience. Unlike one other post, we have never felt like the toys were off limits. My son loves to play on the kid sized train table and asks the sales clerk where Thomas is hiding. Toys are hand selected by the owner who will sit on the floor and play with kids and adults. Games have been tested by the owner who will take the time to explain the rules and pick out games specific to what you are looking for and the interests of your child. We have always gotten good advice. The toys and games are unique - many I have never seen anywhere else. She has a playable version of most games in the store and if you wanted to sit there all day and play with the toys that is OK with her. The toy inventory at this store was first quality and unique. I especially appreciated the time that the owner took to discuss the countries of origin. Even the few toys that came from China, she explained were made in factories that are certified as meeting environmental guidelines and have a reputation for quality toy manufacturing.
