Agua Fria Nursery

I'm not the first to complain about customer service here and I'm sure I won't be the last. Note: Many plants are brought in from outside growers and none are returnable. There used to be a staffer named Colin who was great to talk to but he is gone now. Having said that, there are 2 staff members there whose behavior is CONSISTENTLY rude and just downright appalling, and unfortunately one happens to be one of the owner's sons and the other looks like an extra from Mad Max, parentage undetermined. That one is really arrogant! They both seem to think they can act and say whatever they want to a customer, no matter how obnoxious, and in any other company they would have been fired years ago--and indeed, with those attitudes, been hard pressed to find a job at all. It is because of them I will not go back. I feel bad for the rest of the staff also, having to work with these jerks. Better to keep on driving far down the road to Plants of the Southwest--a fantastic place worth seeking out. ...read more

I am a permaculture designer in Las Vegas, N.M.
