Trust properties is probably the worst place you could rent from in the state of new mexico. If I could rate my experience with this greedy family I'd give them all a 0 in experience, customer service, and management services. If you hand them a deposit, be ready to never see that money ever again, if you ask for move out pictures, don't expect to get any kind of educated response, you'll most likely get a run-around, if you ask for a break down of your move out charges expect to get a response somewhere along the lines of " Please consult your attorney and we will see you in court". If your neighbors are renting from trust properties and they're selling drugs or threatening you children expect to get a lecture on how, if you don't like it, you should move somewhere else, she will advise you NOT to call the cops because that will attract too much attention to her (the mom), call her instead, (cause she can fix EVERYTHING right?) DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON! I experienced a number of problems while living at Branson apartments: - Air conditioner broke and repair man wouldn't fix it until the next day (it was over 100 outside) - dish washer broke - washing machine broke - new washing machine flooded - Several light fixtures and outlets did not work - infested with black widows and wolf spiders - bought and installed two fans (~$100) which I did not get returned or the money the cost me toward my deposit - Thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed apartments but was still charged cleaning cost - Electricity and water was NOT switched back over even after someone else moved in and rented the apartment. I was not notified and never would have been. I was forced to pay 2 weeks electricity and water for the NEW tenants. - VERY poor weather stripping. Should be 0 stars. Its a terrible place to live. Maintenance is bad, they take forever to fix a small problem, management is never around to talk to. I would never recommend anyone to live there!
