do NOT EVER take your skis to Sports Authority for service. They do NOT know what they are doing. Took my kids skis in for binding remount. When I went to pick them up they had somehow managed to punch a hole through the base of the ski from where the original hole was. I don't think I've ever removed a screw by first punching it all the way through the bottom. The ski dept manager's first words to me were "well that's not a big deal".
