I have been going to Fit Medical Weight Loss since October 5, 2012. I have lost over 50 lbs. I have tried other diets and had temporary successes, always gaining the wiehg back and then some. I decided to give this a try as a 50th birthday present to myself. I am SO happy I did. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The diet is very easy to follow. But the best thing is how wonderful I feel. I have recently gone clothes shopping and went from a size 22 to a 12/14. When people see me now they cant believe how different I look. I love the new me. If you have had past diet failures and feel like you were always on a diet that made you feel deprived, you should try Fit Medical Weight Loss. I like to think it is a way of life now and NOT a diet. Third Week Of Training

    When your training as a middle to long distance runner you need a base of aerobic training before you can move on. I am working with eight through 14 year olds and everyone except the 13 year old is starting from the beginning. The athletes are not necessarily beginner they are just out of shape for running being off for three months so we are starting out aerobically. A lot of problems come up with this situation until they start feeling better in what they are doing. Know one feels good when you are competing with the other to be first especially when your use to being first all the time. Well guess what, they don't care if they are out of shape (none the less really understanding what that means at the age of 10) they just want to be first. So they have all kinds of problems, feel sick, have an injury, and it is my fault. The worse that can happen is that they miss practice to gain that endurance that we all need.
