My suggestion would be NOT to put unfriendly people in the counter or in the drive through window. This will prevent them from getting an opportunity to exercise their natural rudeness on customers. Most possibly these people are underpaid and overworked like most of the other people in this country at this time but that doesn't give them the right to insult customers for no apparent reason.
