Delivery was good, no complain about it, super fast, but product wasn't new, it was a refurbished part and it was damaged, good that the technician was able to replace the broken part from my old screen and make it work, called to get some info and never heard back from it!! ...read more

i ordered a screen for my acer laptop . they sent wrong screen so i sent it back per thier instructions with the return slip the gave me. i checked the tracking number and seen that was delivered. no they tell me with out the tracking number they cant find because they have so many returns {must tell you somthing]NOW I CANOT FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER SO IAM SCREWED.
