Not what I expected
Delivery was good, no complain about it, super fast, but product wasn't new, it was a refurbished part and it was damaged, good that the technician was able to replace the broken part from my old screen and make it work, called to get some info and never heard back from it!!
bad customer service
i ordered a screen for my acer laptop . they sent wrong screen so i sent it back per thier instructions with the return slip the gave me. i checked the tracking number and seen that was delivered. no they tell me with out the tracking number they cant find because they ...have so many returns {must tell you somthing]NOW I CANOT FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER SO IAM SCREWED. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND SO TAKE YOUR CHANCE

They never respond to calls
Purchased a LCD, but it never came, and I realized the payment was never sent. But i was never notified. So it just sat and waited and waited and waited..until I realized its been an entire week and I still haven't got any type of confirmation of ordered placed. However besides the poor customer service, At least they still send out the legitimate parts ..
Fairly Timely
It was great when the package finally arrived, although I was expecting it a few days earlier. The screen was packed in quite well and we are very pleased to have it.
