I have a virgin Mobile mifi 2200. Every single session results in service drops a minimum of 3 x. Emails to them get the standard we will get back to you, but they don't! It is very obvious that once they have your money they could care less about providing the service you paid for. Calls to them are sent to ALEX, the original single cell brained robot. This company shouldnt even get this one star for what they did with me. They charged me twice, throwing my bank in the negatives. So I called and they would refund my compass bank, but they refunded capital one. But they kept saying compass bank will get their refund sooon. So this was in sept. and now in october they locked my account cuz compass took back their refund. Now I am with out phone for a week till they unlock it.
