This was the worst business owner I have ever dealt with. Besides being extremely rude to his customers he has no regard for the customer’s schedule. After dropping my truck off and leaving it in the shop for 2 days and no phone call I began to call the shop. Finally on the night of the second day I went to the shop to find them all locked up with my truck inside and still no notification on my trucks status. I contacted the owner’s cell phone and he then told me my truck wouldn’t be done. After demanding my truck back I had to wait 40min for the owner to show up. He then bad mouthed me while un-taping my truck. He got into my truck to drive it out of his shop and the batteries were dead. He left the lights on and killed two huge diesel truck batteries. After an 1.5 hours of trying to charge my batteries the truck finally started and I couldn’t have been happier to just get out of his shop.
