I have been a customer of Yash for more than 10 years and have not had one negative experience with his service all these years. I always go to him because he is an excellent mechanic who can quickly figure out what the real problem is and, consequently, does not waste my time and money with unnecessary work. I think his prices are VERY reasonable and he is a highly ethical person. Also, Yash's service is open seven days a week which makes it very convenient to Customers. Just try him once and you will see how good Yash is for yourself. ...read more

My wife went to Midas because her brakes were squeaking and they said she needed all new pads and rotors on all 4 wheels, plus rack and pinion replacement. I did the brake work myself. While changing the front pads, I found that they did not need to be replaced and were 0.18" remaining pad with rotor groves only 0.008". Since NJ does not have a state minimum requirement brake pad thickness, I looked up PA's and it is 0.0625", so her pad had 3 times the life left on it and the rotor groves were not deep enough to require replacement either. I went to the store and asked the Manager, Keith Rubin, why they said she needed new brake pads and rotors and he claimed it was a state requirement, which is not true. He then claimed the pads need to be replaced when they are below 0.236", which is the beginning of the yellow rating on most brake charts, which is also not true. ...read more
