I watched the owner of this company (real short guy with obvious Napoleon complex) tell and scream at his handicapped worker because he dripped a small bit of paint that could easily have been wiped up. The owner of the company looks like a slob, his eyes are always glassy like he is hopped up on pills and at the end of the day he threw a was of ome dollar bills on the floor at the handicapped employees feet and proceeded to belittle and degrade the poor guy until I stepped in and told him he was fired and I'd have another contractor finish the job. .....
