The facility was opened less than two years ago. At the beginning, they would actually took a look at my car, and then tell me what was wrong charging anything, now they charge $100 for looking under the hood. I have had a very unpleasant experience with them a few days ago. The timing belt of my car got broken, the tow-truck driver took 5 seconds to find the timing belt the problem, and suggested another garage to go, but I trusted the AAA better. It turned out that the AAA facility wanted $875 for the timing belt and a water pump, while other garages nearby(including Firestone) wanted $400-$600. Looking at the fine print, I found that AAA wanted $350 for the parts alone, three times as much as I was charged at another place.
