Called a few places to get an estimate on hard drive replacement for my laptop. The tech from Fast PC Support called back within a few minutes, He asked a series of questions and gave me an estimate that was very fair. I asked him if the company will honor his quote and he said it won't cost me a cent more. He kept his word. The laptop is up and running and better then ever.
