I brought in a prescription for a nebulizer. They didn't have any in stock but told me they would have them within a day or 2 and would call to let me know when they came in. After waiting 5 days, I called and was told they still had not come in, that they were backordered. A nebulizer is a pretty common piece of equipment so I was surprised they were having so much difficulty getting one. I waited another few days and called and was told they were still not in. I inquired as to whether they were able to determine if my insurance would cover the nebulizer and I was told yes, it would be paid for 100% by my insurance company. Now this week, after waiting a little more than 2 weeks for the nebulizer, they call to inform me that they can't get it because of something to do with my insurance. When I told the person on the phone (Sam) that I was told by CoreCare that it was being covered by my insurance 100%, she apologized and said that whoever told me that gave me the wrong info. BTW, I went someplace else and was able to get the nebulizer the same day. Nice enough staff, but very incompetent. ...read more
