Joe Hemphill built our home in 2000 on time and on budget. We designed a 10,000 sq foot home with brick exterior and slate roofing to create a European look and feel. Hemphill Associateshas built many custom homes in Rumson, a beautful town located in Monmouth County New Jersey. One home included a 3,000 sq feet wine cellar and entertainment area. This area was the entire lower level of the home. The lower level had finished ceiling heights as high as 15 feet. We used aged brick, salvaged pine wood flooring, antique wooden ceiling beams and Italian styled plaster to create an aged European feel. (Photos are in our gallery.) We accented the project with low voltage lighting from Radiant Lightingto allow the look of the space to change for dimly light to brightly lite.
