I've been a customer for years and always had the best haircuts and service at E. Y. Staats & Co. Elaine knows how to make a beautiful place even more beautiful and serene. She knows how to keep a good pace with her clients and is never in a hurry. She knows how to cut your hair so you don't even have to brush it, if you don't want to. And it always looks great! After decades of long hair I decided to try it short and had the best hair cut ever! I was so pleased! I wanted a big change and thought I could do it with a hair cut! The worst hair cut, highlights, and customer service I have ever recieved. Went in with dark hair, "told me it looked gothic and asked if my job had standards." I told her I wanted to go back blonde and to put nothing red in my hair. Walked out with the Rachel cut and red highlights (not blonde)!!! That would have been okay if I asked for that and if it was 1990!!!! It looked so bad I had to fly to my old stylist in chicago. He did exactly what I wanted and it looked great. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. ...read more
