I had an appointment at 8 pm with Lock & Locksmith Services for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut!
