I was a guest for a graudation party there on Saturday. Our neighbors daughter just graduated from Montclair State and they invited us along with about 60 other guests. I had never been to Nauna's before so I didn't know what to expect but everything was wonderful. The food was served family style with bowl after bowl of pasta, plates of chicken, veal and seafood served one after another. The food was fabulous and the service was very attentive but not intrusive. They had cannoli and cheesecake for dessert and both were fresh tasty. Everyone there had a great time and commented on what good job they did. I highly recommend Nauna's for anyone looking for a place to have a party in the area. I've probably had about 100 pizzas and I don't know haw many calzones delivered to me from Nauna's in the past ten years or so. hey always deliver it hot and quickly. I have tried other places in town (Villa Victoria, Dinos & Soho) but I keep going back to Nauna's. They are the best around for my taste. I think Nauna's is overall really good family restaurant. They have really good salads and soups besides the pasta & pizza that you would expect. The have samll portions for children and really friendly (if not always attentive) service. The prices are definately ressonable considering the portions you get. I like the fact that they have two distinct dining rooms; one casual and one more formal. I like it because you can take the kids out for pizza one night and go out for a quiet dinner the next. They have different menus for the two dining rooms(no pizza in the back) and that keeps most of the families with smaller children in the front room which is more casual.
