Im not one to ever write a review. I feel compelled to let everyone out there know that this is the worst business I've ever dealt with. I have been waiting 7 months for a part for my appliance. Every month they had some excuse as to why the part isn't in. I am still without the part. I've been lied to by Ashley( the so called manager ) numerous times. Please DO NOT USE A PLUS APPLIANCE. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I CALLED THEM. They are the worst. ...read more

Well, where do I start? Hmmm, Their tech came out almost two weeks ago & gave my parents a price for their dishwasher & asked for payment at that time. They were told 3-5 business days for the part to come in. Come to find out now two weeks later that the part was most likely never ordered.\t\nTrying to get someone who knows what they're talking about at this company is a joke!! Now, I am writing this as the tech is here and was over an hour late! \t\nPLEASE, please Do not use this company! They really are a joke!!!\t\n ...read more

This company is terrible.\t\nIn March, a month ago, our dishwasher was not working properly. We went to the maytag website and found it had a heater coil recall. On the site, it allowed you to schedule service with a local company. We said, ok, let's go with this one, A Plus Appliance.\t\nThey called to reschedule from the original scheduled time and my husband stayed home that day. They sent a technician named Randy. Randy came, pulled out the insulation from around the dishwasher and fixed the recalled part. He said we needed a new fill hose because ours was leaking. (Note we never had any water anywhere.). When my husband wasn't looking, he threw the insulation away!! He said, you don't need this. He asked for 96.25 to prepay for our fill hose and next service. My husband insisted he include the noise reducing insulation and Randy added it to the work order. He said they would call us when the parts come in to schedule the service.\t\nFast forward two weeks. My husband calls them to see if the parts come in. No, they said.\t\nFast forward one week. The company called me and told me that the parts came in and they could schedule the service for Monday April 18. Great!\t\nMonday comes along. They call me to tell me that a tech called out sick. Can they reschedule for Tuesday. I express my dissatisfaction for having to schedule yet another day at home. They said don't worry. They will definitely come out on Tuesday with the parts, between 12 and 4. I said, ok.\t\nTuesday, 3:30pm. Still nobody. I call them again and ask where their tech is. The lady puts me on hold. She comes back and says he's on his way. Ok.\t\n3:50pm. Frank shows up with only a toolbox in hand. I ask him where the parts are. He says, there are no parts. He wanted to look at the dishwasher. I said, ok. He took one peek underneath, said there was no problem with the fill hose. He tightened two nuts and tada! It was fixed, minus insulation. He says, oh, you need insulation, I'll order the part and we will call you when it comes in. I said, WHAT! I demanded my money back for everything. I should not have to pay for them to install a part, THAT THEY RIPPED OUT AND THREW AWAY!!\t\nI called the office and they refuse to pay my service costs, even though they are the ones who ripped out my insulation. I insisted to speak with Kevin Culligan and the lady on the phone would not let me. I insisted he call me back. I have yet to hear anything. I filed a formal complaint with Maytag.\t\nDo not use this company. Ever. ...read more
